Red Wines

Cabernet Sauvignon: This 2008 red wine is just bursting with vanilla flavors from sitting in American oak for 3 years. It is as smooth as silk and still retains very nice flavor from the grape.

Cabernet Franc: This wine is deep ruby-plum colored, complex, licorice, plums, spicy, vanilla and lots of oak make this a very serious wine.

Blackstar : This is the next red wine in our wolf series for the Lakota Wolf Preserve. It Is a blend of our Proprietors Red, Chambourcin and Cabernet Sauvignon with just the right amount of oak.

Merlot : This Merlot is fermented in stainless steel with heavily toasted French oak chips added. The chips add a nice smokey nose and allow the fruit to still stand out.

Chambourcin Reserve:  Our Chambourcin is a customer favorite with lots of cherry flavor and just the right amount of oak. What really makes Chambourcin a hit is that we serve it with dark chocolate and if you like chocolate covered cherries you will love this combo!!!!!!!!

Chancellor: This is a very nice red wine aged in oak with gentle flavors of plum and cedar with incredible color.

Brook Hollow Red: This Cabernet Merlot blend is finished in stainless steel and is a very nice dry wine with lots of fruit flavor.

White Wines

NEW RELEASE 1/21/12 Vidal Blanc: This Vidal is finished dry and aged in stainless steel giving it a very clean crisp finish. It has a very soft nose and the taste containes hints of pineapple, grapefruit and melon.

Riesling:This newly released wine comes in a dry and also a semi sweet version. It is packed with very nice citrus fruit flavors. The dry version is a great wine for summer drinking and the semisweet will go nicely with any food on the spicy side.

Cayuga White: This young refreshing new release is finished dry and is packed with citrus flavors!

Chardonnay: SOLD OUT THANK YOU! Next release will be summer of 2012

Tundra Mist: This is the next white wine in the wolf series for the Lakota Wolf Preserve. It is a lively white with all kinds of citrus flavors. It is very crisp and clean and was fermented in stainless steel.

Non-Grape Fruit Wines

Cranberry:   This is our newly released cranberry wine with lots of cranberry flavor and a hint of chocolate on the nose and in the tast of the wine. This is not added but a result of using 100% cranberries.Our cranberry wine is known all over and is one of our most popular fruit wines. This wine has just the right amount of sweetness up front paired with a tart cranberry finish.
