Cabernet Sauvignon SOLD OUT

Red Zinfandel: This is a very pleasant and easy to drink red wine. It has a nice fruity nose and taste. It is finished in stainless steel with no oak. This wine is our pizza and pasta wine if you’re looking to grab a bottle to take along to your favorite Italian restaurant.

Chambourcin: This is the NEW 2007 vintage just released! Very nice cherry taste with just a subtle hint of raspberry. This wine is finished in stainless steel with no oak. This goes great with extra dark chocolate!

Proprietor’s Red: This is our BIG red with lots of tannins. It has a very peppery taste and will stand up to most any food with big flavors. This wine is finished in stainless steel with French oak added to finish. This is a red that will age nicely if you can put it away for awhile.

Muscat: Our Muscat is finished dry and has a very fruity citrus nose that carries into the taste. Most Muscat wines are finished sweet but ours stands out as a dry wine! This wine makes a great white wine cake, ask us how!

White Table Wine: Made from Chardonnay grapes, this is a very pleasant white wine and is finished with no oak. This is a great white wine if you’re looking to just sit back and enjoy a glass of wine!

Sauvignon Blanc:  This dry white wine is crisp, with a citrus nose and taste. It is finished in stainless steel with no oak. This is the one to choose if you're looking to have any type of grilled fish!

Non-Grape Fruit Wines

Apple This is the NEW 2007 vintage just released! Dry yet very fruity with a pleasant apple taste!
Peach Semi sweet wine with a nice peach nose and flavor.
Strawberry This is available in a dry wine and also a semi sweet.
Cherry This is made from sour cherries and has that just picked off the tree taste and is finished dry.
